I won't go in depth on making you count each calorie, we do the basics, and do them well. In my 7 years this has time and time again proven to be the most effective and easiest long-term training.

In a small boutique studio located at 20 Mercers Row, Cambridge CB5 8HY, which is near Stourbridge common. There is free parking available on site and places to lock bikes.
