I got into this young. Partly because of how much fitness changed things for me personally.
I know what it feels like to not be comfortable in your own body. And partly because of something that still gets me every time, that moment a client walks past a mirror without thinking about it, or a mate comments they look well, and they don't quite know what to say.
That's why I do this. Not to fill a diary.
Most PTs take on as many clients as they can and hope the results follow. I work with a small number of people at any one time, because showing up properly for every single one of them is the whole point. I love cooking, I care about food, and when I tell you the plan is built around real life, I mean it.
